thought it would cool for people to maybe tell a little about themselves and dept...

Williamson County Fire Prot. Dist., in southern illinois.
We have 7 Stations. We cover 246 sq. miles and run an average of 250 calls a year.  Currently we have...Full-time Chief, Deputy Chief and 2 firefighters.  We also have a PT secretary.  Then there are about 65 POC's.  About 15 are considered PT for covering the airport.

If you want to know any other info let me know.

I f you have the time please stopby. And you can get the 50 cent tour. I am now retried from the department. I had 30 years on the job and retried as a captain. I am now a district trustee with the department. When time gets closer let me know if you can make it and maybe we can get together. Where abouts is your department?

The reason that I was asking is because my son and I and a few other guys from Addison are going down to Harrisbury [Shawnee National Forest] to do some deer hunting. I thought that your department might be in the area. But I checked on the map and I see that we will be east of your department.
