Forming new department

I am a newly appointed Chief of a brand new Fire Dept. I am located in Northern lower Michigan. My township has contracted for fire services for years but have decided to go for broke and start our own Dept. before the citizens get tired of paying for services only and turn down the next millege renewal.

I have been able to aquire many items from larger departments and also from departments with big hearts. I really feel for guys like grandvalley.

I have nine interspiro paks with about 12 steel tanks I would let go to the right department.

Now, for my needs, I really haven't found a real solid Tanker truck. I do have a little money left in my apparatus line item but would really like to find a good deal. Further, I am having a hard time finding good used 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 nozzles.
